Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Paytm Sound Box & QR Services

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our Paytm team. You will be responsible for driving sales of Paytm Sound Box, QR codes, and related merchant services by engaging directly with businesses in the field. Your role will be critical in expanding our merchant base and increasing adoption of our payment and sound technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and approach potential merchants and businesses to promote and sell Paytm Sound Box, QR codes, and allied services.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of Paytm's payment solutions to merchants.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to ensure long-term usage and satisfaction.

• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and service improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, customer support, and marketing for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and merchant interactions using CRM tools.

• Educate merchants on digital payments, security, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless adoption.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest product features and company policies.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.

• A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is a plus.
