Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Karnataka
Responsibilities:
1. Travel within the designated sales territory to visit shops/retailers, place company products & take orders.
2. Generate leads.
3. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential retailers.
4. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
6. Provide accurate and timely sales reports.
7. Handle on field complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
1. Atleast qualified 12th grade or above.
2. Must have 2-3 years of experience in field sales in General Trade of Fine Art Materials/ Stationeries.
3. Good in both Hindi & local language. Able to speak in English.
4. Owns a two-wheeler with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 AM - 7:30PM)
