Sales: Visit clients (like hospitals, clinics, and labs) to promote and sell IVD products and medical equipment.
Product Knowledge: Understand how diagnostic devices work and explain them clearly to customers.
Customer Support: Help install equipment, train staff on how to use it, and solve any problems they have.
Relationship Building: Build good relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
Reporting: Keep records of visits, sales, and service calls and report regularly to your manager.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitors and new technologies in medical diagnostics.
Basic knowledge of IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and medical devices/equipment.
Good communication and people skills.
Willing to travel to different locations for customer visits.
Background in science, medical, or related technical field is a plus.
