1 Position – Trivandrum / Kollam (South Kerala)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and travel-ready Sales Executives for our Tyre Distribution business in South Kerala. Freshers are preferred; however, candidates with relevant experience in the tyre or automotive industry will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers: Preferred (must be willing to travel extensively)
Experienced Candidates: Up to relevant experience in tyre/automotive/field sales
Industry Preference: Tyre Industry experience is a plus
Must be ready for extensive field travel
Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license
Strong communication and basic sales skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Field sales and market coverage in assigned territory
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market visits, collect orders, and follow up on payments
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and support

Compensation

Freshers:
- CTC: ₹2.5 LPA
- TA, DA & Incentives: Extra
Experienced Candidates:
- CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
- TA, DA & Incentives: Extra
- Final compensation will depend on experience level and field exposure

Preferred Location

Candidates based in South Kerala are highly preferred
