📢 Paytm – Field Executive Job Description

Job Role: Field Sales Executive / Merchant Support Executive

Location: As per assigned area

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• You will be assigned a specific area to work in.

• Visit shops/customers already using Paytm to resolve complaints or issues.

• Visit new shops to install Paytm QR codes (free installation).

• Reactivate inactive or closed Paytm merchant accounts.

• Make a small test payment (₹1–₹2) to verify reactivation.

• Install Paytm Sound Box (speaker that announces payments).

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹21,590/month

• In-hand after deductions: ₹18,500

• Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500/month (for 25 working days)

• Total In-Hand: approx. ₹21,000/month (including allowance)

⚠️ Important Note:

Final salary decision will be based on your interview performance. You must confirm the final salary with your Team Leader during the interview.

🎯 Incentives:

• ₹100 per QR code installed

• ₹80 per Sound Box installed

• ₹150 per merchant reactivation

Example:

Working with just 5 shops daily = ₹500/day extra

Average monthly incentive: ₹10,000+ (based on performance)

📈 Performance & Growth:

• 1st month target: 100 points

• 2nd month target: 150 points

• Monthly target: 250 points

(Each QR = 2 points, Each Sound Box = 3 points, Each revisit = 1 point)

• Promotion every 3 months based on performance (with salary increment)

💼 Expected Monthly Earnings:

₹28,000 – ₹35,000 (including incentives)
