📢 Paytm – Field Executive Job Description

Job Role: Field Sales Executive / Merchant Support Executive

Location: As per assigned area

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

You will be assigned a specific area to work in.

Visit shops/customers who are already using Paytm to resolve any complaints or issues.

Visit new shops where Paytm QR codes are not installed and install Paytm QR codes for free.

Reactivate merchants whose Paytm accounts are inactive or closed due to long inactivity or other reasons.

Make a small test payment (₹1–₹2) to reactivate their account.

Install Paytm Sound Box (the speaker that announces payments like “₹10 received”).

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹21,590/month

After PF, ESIC, and insurance deductions → ₹18,500 (in hand)

Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500/month (for 25 working days)

Total In-Hand: ₹21,000/month (including allowance)

🎯 Incentives:

₹100 per QR code installed

₹80 per Sound Box installed

₹150 per reactivation of inactive Paytm merchants

💡 Example:

If you work with just 5 shops daily, you can easily earn an extra ₹500/day.

On average, you can earn ₹10,000 or more in incentives monthly, depending on performance.

📈 Performance & Growth:

1st month target: 100 points

2nd month: 150 points

Each QR installation = 2 points

Each Sound Box = 3 points

Each shop revisit = 1 point

Monthly target: 250 points

Promotion every 3 months based on performance (with salary and position increase).

💼 Expected Monthly Earnings:

👉 ₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month (including incentives)
