Job Description

We are a manufacturing company dealing in hookah-related products and operating a franchise store in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence, develop dealer/distributor networks, and increase sales across Ahmedabad.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, cafés, lounges, wholesalers, and potential distributors

• Generate new business leads and close sales

• Promote company-manufactured hookah products and franchise offerings

• Appoint new dealers / franchise partners (if required)

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights

• Submit daily sales and visit reports

• Coordinate with production and store teams

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (manufacturing / FMCG / hospitality preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of Ahmedabad market

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

• Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales

• Dealer / distributor handling experience

• Knowledge of hookah, café, or hospitality industry

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
