Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients (HR Heads, Informal workers, Business Owners) for payroll outsourcing solutions.
Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain payroll services (salary processing, statutory compliance – PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and market research.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Meet assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Keep track of competitors’ activities and suggest strategies to improve market share.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
