By driving new customer acquisitions, strengthening existing relationships, and meeting monthly sales targets, the Field Sales Executive plays a key part in boosting revenue and supporting the company’s long-term growth.Role & Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and pitching company products.Understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product.Generate leads, follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales.Work towards achieving the sales targets set.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities.Maintain records of sales activities and report the updates to the management.Required Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass.At least 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in packaging, FMCG, trading, or related B2B/B2C sectors).Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Proven ability to meet sales targets and maintain a target-achievement mindset.Ability to build and nurture client relationships and work both independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (for maintaining sales records, reporting).Willingness to travel locally in Mumbai for market visits.Preferred Background / Bonus:Previous experience selling packaging materials, plastic containers, or industrial/commercial supplies in and around Mumbai.Existing relationships or contacts within wholesale markets, distributors, or retail chains in the region.Familiarity with local language(s) and market dynamics in Mumbai (especially Mahim, Western Suburbs).Prior experience working in small to mid-size manufacturing/trading firms.What We Offer:Total monthly salary between ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (Basic ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 + Conveyance ₹1,000 + Commission up to ₹3,000).Opportunity to work with a reputed packaging-materials supplier — with consistent demand and potential for growth.On-ground exposure to sales operations in a key market (Mumbai), helping build practical sales and client-management skills.Collaborative work environment with supportive management and clear reporting structure.
