Key Responsibilities:
•	Manage end-to-end field sales operations across Maharashtra, including distributor visits, builder and contractor meetings, and order follow-ups.
•	Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, onboarding new channel partners, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
•	Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and project stakeholders.
•	Collect market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer demand to support sales strategy.
•	Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, sales pipeline, and territory performance.
Required Qualifications:
Proven field sales experience in B2B manufacturing, construction, interiors, or doors segments.
Comfortable with extensive travel across Maharashtra.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
Ability to consistently meet targets and manage sales reporting.
Valid driver’s license.
