Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and develop strong relationships with HNI and retail clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and issues.
Regularly update clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
Sales & Advisory Support:
Understand client financial needs and provide suitable investment options across equity, mutual funds, bonds, PMS, AIFs, etc.
Support business development by cross-selling and upselling investment products.
Assist in achieving revenue targets through client retention and acquisition.
Onboarding & Documentation:
Guide new clients through KYC, account opening, and compliance formalities.
Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory norms (SEBI, NSE/BSE, etc.).
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about financial markets, stock movements, and product innovations.
Share insights and recommendations with clients in collaboration with the research team.
Client Servicing & Reporting:
Monitor client portfolios and generate performance reports.
Coordinate with back-office and operations to ensure smooth transaction processing and reporting.
