Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer

relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct client interaction in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

 Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.

 Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activity.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

 Collect customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and product teams.

 Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company policies.

 Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

 Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

 Competitive base salary + commission/incentives(up to 30K + 0.20 pesa / kg after target)
