Job title: UPVC Expert / Senior Executive - UPVC Systems in Asian Paints

Location: Suncity

Key purpose

To drive sales and market development for Asian Paints' UPVC window and door systems by providing expert technical assistance, training to sales teams and influencers, and ensuring superior on-site application and quality.

Key responsibilities

1. Technical support and project conversion

Serve as the key technical point of contact for UPVC products for sales teams, clients, architects, and applicators.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance on project sites, ensuring proper product application and quality.

Visit sites to assess feasibility, take precise measurements, and create customised designs and quotations for UPVC systems.

Support the sales team in converting project opportunities by demonstrating the superior features and benefits of Weatherseal UPVC products.

2. Training and stakeholder management

Conduct product training programs for the sales team, contractors, and other influencers to enhance their knowledge of UPVC products and applications.

Build and manage relationships with large applicators, consultants, and developers to drive market expansion.

Coordinate with the in-store and on-site team to ensure that the correct processes and guidelines are followed during installation.

3. Quality management and complaint handling

Handle and resolve on-site customer complaints related to UPVC products by investigating issues and providing technical solutions.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all components meet Asian Paints' standards before dispatch and installation.

Provide feedback to the research and technology team for product improvement.

4. Market intelligence and business development

Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.

Provide regional market insights to help with the development of unique, customised products.

Create and modify product brochures and promotional materials for key customer segments.
