Job Description

ECA : EASY COLOUR CONTRACT ASSOCIATE

Identify walk-in customers at the store and convert them into painting business.

Visit customer homes for site inspection, support in product and shade selection, and share quotations.

Coordinate with painting contractors and plan the work schedule.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers as per company payment terms.
Visit nearby construction sites daily to generate new business.
Travel up to 10 km daily based on customer and site requirements.
Generate leads through local marketing and activity programs.
Perform regular field work as part of the role.
Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license.
