Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team Caroline Healthcare. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing Business development opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25k to 35k and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote medical products and services at home to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company targets.

• Conduct product presentations, provide product samples, and distribute promotional materials.

• Maintain strong product and services knowledge and stay updated on clinical research and patient data.

• Visit healthcare facilities regularly to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.

• Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant medical regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and Experience 2 years. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
