Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, generating leads, pitching products/services, achieving monthly sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing clients to present products and services.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly.

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads to achieve sales targets.

• Maintain daily visit reports, client records, and sales documentation.

• Negotiate and finalize deals with customers.

• Conduct market research to understand competition and customer needs.

• Collect feedback and assist in addressing customer queries.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and support.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the sales manager.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of sales experience (field sales preferred).

• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• Must own a valid driving license + two-wheeler (if required for role).

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
