Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, generating leads, pitching products/services, achieving monthly sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing clients to present products and services.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers clearly.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads to achieve sales targets.
Maintain daily visit reports, client records, and sales documentation.
Negotiate and finalize deals with customers.
Conduct market research to understand competition and customer needs.
Collect feedback and assist in addressing customer queries.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and support.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the sales manager.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 0–2 years of sales experience (field sales preferred).
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Must own a valid driving license + two-wheeler (if required for role).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to travel.
