Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Representative (or Sales Executive, Sales Associate, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in selling Spare parts of JCB Machine/similar Machine/Excavators.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role involves presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

•Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals

•Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers

•Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

•Reach out to customer leads through various channels (phone, email, social media, in-person)

•Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

•Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

•Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly

•Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts

•Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities

Qualifications:

•Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

•Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

•Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Familiarity with Email, Microsoft excel and normal computer skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location: Sarkhej, Ahmedabad.

Compensation: [Base salary 15-20K + commission, bonus structure, etc.]
