Job Description

We are looking for proactive and energetic Field Sales Executives to drive the adoption of Paytm Soundbox and QR Code solutions among small and medium-sized businesses. This is a field-sales role requiring on-ground lead generation, cold calling, and onboarding merchants for Paytm.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential merchants (retail shops, vendors, small businesses) in assigned areas.
Explain the benefits and features of Paytm Soundbox and QR Code.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market scanning.
Assist merchants with onboarding and documentation using the Paytm Business app.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for Soundbox activation and QR code deployments.
