Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for POS machine sales and current account openings

2. Build and maintain relationships with merchants to drive sales growth and customer retention

2. Product Knowledge:

1. Develop in-depth knowledge of POS machines with speaker boxes and current account products

2. Demonstrate products and services to merchants, highlighting key features and benefits

3. Customer Service:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to merchants, addressing queries and concerns

2. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in the banking or fintech industry

2. Skills:
