Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive with strong connections in South Delhi to promote and expand the retail presence of our hair color and personal care products.

We have an established market and want to grow it further. The ideal candidate must be skilled in relationship building, lead conversion, and territory development, especially among parlors, cosmetic stores, and medical outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & approach salons, cosmetic shops, general stores, and medical outlets in the assigned territory (Hauz Khas, South Ex, GK, Lajpat Nagar, etc.).

• Achieve monthly sales targets through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and on-ground promotions and make sure payments come through on time.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Educate retailers and salon staff on product benefits, usage, and in-store promotions.

• Provide feedback from the field on customer preferences, competitor activity, and suggestions to management.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and payments.

• Execute retail visibility plans (POS display, sampling, etc.).

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
