Job Description:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Gold Loan sourcing for our client Muthoot Finance. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and building customer relationships in assigned areas. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and have a two-wheeler, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in your area to promote gold loan services.

• Generate new leads through fieldwork, cold calling, and local marketing.

• Collect documents and guide customers through the loan process.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team.

• Report field activity to the reporting manager regularly.

Requirements:

• Must have a two-wheeler with license

• Comfortable with field sales / outdoor work

• Basic communication skills in local language

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Should be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented

• Fixed salary ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
