Location: Siliguri (local travel and frequent outstation travel)
Experience Required: 3+ years in field sales (solar, electrical, or technical products preferred)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month + travel allowance + incentive on every deal closed
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are a solar installation company based in Siliguri, serving homes and businesses. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to visit client sites, assess requirements, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

Visit client sites to check roof space, power load, and structure
Meet clients, explain our solar solutions, and close sales
Coordinate with our back office team for quotations
Report daily on site visits and deal progress
Travel outside Siliguri occasionally for larger commercial projects

Requirements:

Own two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of electrical/solar systems, or willingness to learn
Based in or near Siliguri

Growth Opportunity: Strong performers will be considered for Senior Sales or Territory Lead roles as the company expands.
