About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of proven experience in outside sales. If you thrive on building customer relationships, meeting targets through face‑to‑face interactions, and enjoy working independently across assigned territories, this role is a perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients within Jagatpura and the surrounding areas.
Conduct regular client visits and product/service presentations tailored to customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers
Negotiate pricing and terms, closing deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Record all interactions, leads, quotations, and follow‑ups in CRM or sales reporting tools
Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and product/service enhancements
Collaborate with marketing, product, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (preferred)
2–3 years of field/territory sales experience, with a track record of achieving targets
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting software
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for field visits
Willingness to travel frequently within the Jaipur region
