Job Description

Braindezvous Infotech Private Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team for the onboarding of merchants with Paytm and Airtel Payments Bank QR Scanners. This role requires individuals who can build strong client relationships, identify new merchant prospects, and convert opportunities into successful QR code installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard merchants by pitching and installing Paytm and Airtel Payments Bank QR scanners.

• Conduct cold calling, field visits, and in-person demos to promote digital payment solutions.

• Educate merchants on the benefits of digital payments and how to use the QR scanner.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly onboarding and activation targets.

• Report daily performance, challenges, and market insights to the reporting manager.

• Maintain an updated and organized database of merchants onboarded.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and support in the initial phase post-onboarding.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0.5 – 5 years in field sales, preferably in fintech, telecom, or payments.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with mobile applications.

• Passion for sales and achieving targets.

• Must have a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for field work.
