A key responsibility of this position includes onboarding customers for Tide accounts — an essential service driving financial accessibility and ease of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard customers for Tide accounts through in-person visits and follow-ups.

• Close sales through cold calling, direct visits, and sales presentations.

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

• Identify and develop strategies to convert prospects into customers.

• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to management.

• Maintain and update the client database to ensure consistent follow-ups.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.

• 0.5 to 4 years of experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong knowledge of various sales techniques and closing strategies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Basic proficiency in computer usage and ability to leverage technology in sales processes.
