Field Sales Executive

We’re looking for energetic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. You’ll help businesses grow by introducing them to Paytm's QR codes and Sound Boxes and build lasting relationships that drive success.

What You’ll Do:

• Close Sales: Whether it’s through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, or product demos, you’ll be at the forefront of making sales happen.

• Build Relationships: You’ll build strong, meaningful connections with your clients to ensure they’re happy, loyal, and coming back for more.

• Identify New Opportunities: You’ll be out there finding new businesses that could benefit from Paytm products, and showing them just how easy it is to get on board.

• Promote Paytm Products: You’ll help businesses set up and use Paytm’s QR codes and Sound Boxes. And for those who aren’t using Paytm yet, you’ll show them why it’s a game-changer.

• Get Creative with Sales Strategies: You’ll brainstorm and implement unique ways to boost sales and stand out in the market.

• Keep Us in the Loop: Regularly update your performance and share valuable feedback with the management team.

• Manage Clients: Keep your client database fresh and organized, making sure to track all interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th grade or equivalent.

• Experience: Between 0.5 to 6 years in sales (but if you’re a go-getter with the right attitude, we’ll be happy to chat).

• Skills & Qualities:

  • You know how to sell, whether it’s through cold calls, door-to-door visits, or product demos.

  • Great communication and people skills – you know how to strike up a conversation and build trust.

  • Motivated, target-driven, and ready to take on challenges with a smile.
