The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and managing customer relationships in the solar rooftop and renewable energy segment. The role requires strong communication, technical understanding of solar systems, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads for solar rooftop and hybrid renewable energy solutions.
Conduct site visits, load assessments, and explain technical solutions to customers.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
Maintain strong follow-up with customers from enquiry to project closure.
Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams for project feasibility and execution.
Manage CRM entries, maintain sales reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Stay updated with DISCOM policies, government subsidies, and net-metering regulations.
Represent Bluth Solar professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical or business background.
Experience in solar sales, electrical products, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic understanding of solar plant components (panels, inverters, BOS, net-metering).
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Willingness to travel as per project needs.
