The Field Sales Executive is responsible for on-ground sales activities, including lead generation, customer meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and closing sales. The role requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, and a basic technical understanding of products—especially solar and electrical systems.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local marketing activities
Visit prospective customers at homes, offices, and project sites
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales
Conduct preliminary site surveys and collect basic technical details
Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for feasibility and BOQ
Support documentation for approvals, quotations, and order processing
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Provide after-sales support coordination until project handover
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure satisfaction
Maintain daily field visit and sales reports
Update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA or technical background preferred)
0–3 years of experience in field sales (solar/electrical preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
