Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the customers.- Address customer queries and concerns promptly.- On site meeting contractors and Dealers.- Engaging them to meet the organizational objectives.- Meeting retailers in the market in the case of FDFR.Generate Sales:- To generate orders from the retailers/dealers- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.- To be involved in promotional activities and sales campaigns.Market Reach:- Ensure market presence by Onboarding new customers.- Relationship visits for Market Reach Expansion- To give service offers with product demonstrations to retailers- To drive secondary sales after product demonstration- Develop promotional activities and sales campaigns.Traveling within District:- Travel extensively within the district to meet customers and follow the SOPs- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings as needed.- Ensure effective coverage of all key areas within the district.
