BO- Customer Relationship Lead / Senior Customer Relationship LeadLocation: Bangalore | Experience: 1–3 Years | Function: Sales & Marketing | Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Travel: YesJob PurposeDrive acquisition and onboarding of new Booking Offices for BlackBuck Freight Brokerage, build strong partner relationships, and ensure successful initial truck placement.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard new Booking Offices through field sales.Complete KYC and drive indent procurement from newly onboarded offices.Coordinate with Traffic for initial truck placement.Handover onboarded Booking Offices to the Traffic team.Coordinate with Demand and Traffic teams for leads and business execution.Build strong relationships and drive partner engagement.
