1. Distributor Management
Manage and support existing distributors in assigned territories
Ensure consistent offtake and secondary sales from distributors
Resolve operational issues and maintain strong working relationships
Monitor distributor performance and identify gaps
2. Industrial Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential industrial and commercial customers
Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networks
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gas solutions
Convert leads into long-term business relationships
3. Field Operations & Market Coverage
Conduct regular market visits to industries, hotels, factories, and commercial users
Expand presence in untapped areas and new segments
Ensure visibility of brand and product in the market
Gather real-time market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, demand trends)
4. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Drive cylinder movement and volume growth in assigned territory
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely supply and service
5. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily field reports including visits, leads, and conversions
Track sales pipeline and follow-ups systematically
Share structured feedback with management for decision-making
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong field sales and relationship-building skills
Ability to deal with distributors and industrial clients confidently
Practical understanding of local markets and customer behavior
Good negotiation and closing ability
Basic reporting and documentation skills
