Job Description: Territory Sales Officer — Lubricant SegmentPosition OverviewThe Territory Sales Officer (TSO) – Lubricant Segment is responsible for driving sales, distribution, and brand visibility of lubricant products within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves managing distributors, developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Market DevelopmentAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for lubricant products.Identify and develop new customers across automotive, industrial, and commercial segments.Implement territory-specific sales strategies to increase market share.Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends.2. Channel & Distribution ManagementManage and support distributors, dealers, retailers, and workshops.Ensure appropriate stock levels, timely replenishment, and effective secondary sales.Onboard new channel partners and enhance existing relationships.Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies.3. Customer Relationship ManagementDevelop strong relationships with mechanics, fleet owners, industrial clients, service centers, and key accounts.Provide product knowledge sessions, technical support, and after-sales service.Address customer queries, complaints, and requirements promptly.4. Sales Operations & ReportingPlan daily/weekly sales routes and maintain territory coverage.Track sales performance, key metrics, and field activities using CRM or reporting tools.Prepare market intelligence reports including competitor analysis, pricing changes, and promotional activities.Ensure compliance with company sales processes, credit norms, and documentation.5.
