Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Field & B2B Sales Executive to drive client acquisition, on-ground sales, market expansion, and revenue growth across retail, manufacturing, pharma, e-commerce, hospitality, industrial & corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls & meetings
• Acquire and manage B2B clients; build a strong sales pipeline
• Develop territory routes and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
• Promote eco-friendly compostable bags, films & packaging solutions
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & corporate clients
• Handle pricing, negotiation, quotations & order closures
• Coordinate with production, dispatch & accounts for smooth execution
• Track competition, customer requirements & provide market insights
• Ensure timely collections and revenue achievement
Requirements:
• 2–6 years in field/B2B/corporate sales (preferably packaging industry)
• Knowledge of bags, films, liners, covers, pouches, compostable products
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willing to be on-field 70–80% of the time
• Understanding of CRM, sales pipeline & quoting
Education: Graduate in any field (Marketing/Sales preferred)
