Identify and onboard potential clients through direct field visits.

Promote and sell our hiring services to local businesses (especially in Retail, BFSI, Delivery, BPO, and FMCG sectors).

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report field activity.

Gather market insights and competitor intelligence to improve positioning.
