Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales through face-to-face interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Meetings: Visit clients in person to present products, conduct demonstrations, and close deals.
• Negotiate deals: Negotiate prices and payment terms with the clients.
• Build Relationships: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
• Meet Sales Targets: Work towards Monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, preferably in B2B marketplace.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet targets in a competitive environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and mobile sales applications.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
