JOB PURPOSE : A Field Sales Executive – responsible for achieving the annual sales target department wise as assigned by the manager.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or B.Sc. Physics / Maths or Graduation in any stream.

Experience : 0-3 years of industry sales experience B2B & B2C.

Fresher with interest in field and good communication & marketing skills can given preference.

JOB LOCATION & NATURE :

Location : All Bihar State - Regions

Nature : 100% Field role with frequent client visits

SALARY & PERKS :

Salary : Up to ₹30,000 per month (6 Month Probation Period only)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday (4th Saturday off)

Office Timings : Office Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To work to over – achieve set target.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conference.
Negotiate/close delas and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with clients.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :

Proven experience as executive sales or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Hands-on experiences with CRM software.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

Valid Driving License.
Own two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter).
Willingness for 100% field travel across Bihar.
Physically fit for field work. (No medical condition)
