Role Overview: The Field Sales Executive will drive revenue by identifying and converting new business opportunities through direct, face-to-face engagement. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and close sales.
Perform product demonstrations and handle price negotiations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Report on market competition and local trends.
Required Skills:
Experience: 0-2 years in field sales or business development.
Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Tricity market and geography.
Mobility: Personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license will be preferred.
Attributes: High energy, target-driven, and strong negotiation skills.
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance.
