Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our incense stick products to local retailers and wholesalers.
Responsibilities:
- Visit retail shops and wholesalers.
- Generate new orders for incense stick products.
- Build and maintain relationships with shopkeepers.
- Deliver products and collect payments as instructed.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Ability to travel to nearby shops and markets.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
Salary: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Final salary will be discussed during the interview.
