We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to join our growth team. This is a "feet-on-the-street" role focused on direct-to-consumer (door-to-door) sales and local retail promotion. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for introducing our premium range of spices, nuts, and superfoods directly to households and small vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales: Conduct daily door-to-door sales visits to residential areas to pitch and sell our product range (Spices, Dry Fruits, and Makhana).
Product Promotion: Demonstrate the quality and purity of our products (e.g., Haldi, Mirchi, Dhaniya powders) to potential customers.
Lead Generation: Identify and approach new sales opportunities in assigned territories to expand the customer base.
Relationship Management: Maintain basic records of daily sales, customer feedback, and stock requirements.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets to drive company revenue.
Product Portfolio
You will be representing a premium range of essential household products:
Pure Ground Spices: Turmeric (Haldi), Chili (Mirchi), and Coriander (Dhaniya) powders.
Healthy Snacks: Flavored and plain Makhana.
Premium Essentials: A variety of dry fruits, seeds, and nuts.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales, FMCG, or direct marketing. (Freshers with a strong "can-do" attitude are welcome).
Communication: Fluent in the local language; ability to build rapport quickly with strangers.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable with extensive walking and outdoor field work throughout the day.
