We are hiring a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and closing sales on the ground. This role requires daily fieldwork and good communication skills.
Visit clients/customers daily as per the route plan or leads assigned
Pitch products/services confidently and explain benefits based on customer needs
Generate new business leads from the field and convert them into sales
Follow up with leads and maintain strong after-sales support
Maintain daily activity reports (visits, inquiries, follow-ups, sales)
Ensure brand visibility at client sites (if applicable)
Collect customer feedback and market insights and report to management
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery, and support
12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Proven experience in field sales or a willingness to learn
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Comfortable with local travel and outdoor work
Basic understanding of mobile apps/CRM tools for reporting
Honest, self-driven, and target-oriented
