Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Paint Industry | Pan India
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for a leading paint industry role on third-party payroll (2COMS). This is a day-shift, long-term contract role (1+ year) with an opportunity for absorption based on performance. Candidates will be responsible for visiting customer sites, meeting painters, contractors, builders, architects and engineers, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, spending time at assigned Berger stores, conducting shop meetings and maintaining daily sales reports. Minimum 2 site visits per day and regular store visits are required. Eligibility: 12th pass/Graduate/Post Graduate candidates, including freshers and candidates with 6 months–1+ year experience in field sales, channel sales, banking or insurance sales. Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in the local language. Age: 18–30 years | Male candidates only | Location: Pan India. Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 net take-home + performance incentives up to ₹40,000 + travel allowance ₹2,000–₹5,000/month, depending on profile.
