Key Responsibilities
· Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
· Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
· Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to customers.
· Maintain a database of leads and prospects, and update sales activity reports regularly.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, handle objections, and follow up on payments.
· Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
· Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
· Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade fairs as needed.
