Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

EDC Pitching & Demo: Visit local retail stores, restaurants, and outlets to pitch and demonstrate BharatPe EDC/Swipe machines.
Merchant Onboarding: Complete merchant KYC and deploy POS machines on-site.
Volume Activation: Guide merchants on daily card transactions to meet targets.
Cross-Selling: Offer merchant loans and add-on financial products based on transaction volume.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months of field sales experience.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills and local market knowledge.

Salary & Perks:

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 / month (in-hand)
Benefits: PF + ESI + Incentives
