Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meet E-rickshaw drivers in the field, explain the company's EV battery swapping services, and onboard new drivers onto our platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to meet E-rickshaw drivers and fleet operators.

Explain the company's battery swapping services, membership plans, and benefits.

Generate leads and onboard new E-rickshaw drivers to the platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure long-term engagement.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets.

Assist drivers with registration, documentation, and app onboarding.

Collect market feedback and share competitor insights with the management.

Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and conversions.

Eligibility

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Diploma.

0–2 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or Direct Sales.

Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting customers daily.

Target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.

Basic knowledge of smartphone applications.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
