Sales Field Executive (Batom Fruit & Vegetable Company)
A Sales Field Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s fruits and vegetables directly in the market by visiting customers and generating orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops, vendors, hotels, and restaurants to sell products
Identify and acquire new customers
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Take daily orders and report them to the company
Monitor market trends, prices, and competitors
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections
Nature of Work:
Field-based job (mostly outdoor work)
Requires traveling daily within assigned areas
May involve early working hours due to the nature of fresh produce
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic negotiation and selling skills
Ability to understand market demand
Basic calculation and record-keeping skills
Energetic and hardworking attitude
Qualification:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Prior sales experience is a plus, but freshers can apply
