Role Overview The organization seeks a B2B Area Sales Executive to build a retail network from the ground up in Indore. The company handles all production and dispatch from Vadodara, allowing the executive to focus entirely on sales.
Annual CTC: Up to ₹4,20,000 (Fixed + Allowances + Incentives+bonus).
Performance & Growth: Salary and allowances are reviewed after the first quarter. Consistent target achievement unlocks higher earning slabs with no upper limit.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly volume targets to drive retail growth in Indore.
Market Expansion: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, converting prospects into active buyers.
Customer Development: Execute daily field visits to sweet shops, farsan shops, mawa bhandars, and caterers to generate orders and expand accounts.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end process from lead generation and demonstration to securing the order.
Pipeline Follow-Up: Track prospects and maintain a disciplined follow-up schedule to ensure high conversion.
Payment Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with the advance payment policy. Credit sales are strictly prohibited.
Logistics Coordination: Identify transport drop points across Indore to ensure smooth delivery from the Vadodara factory.
Data Management: Build a verified database (name, contact, photo, address) for every retail visit.
Reporting: Submit accurate daily reports of visits, orders, and payments to management.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 6 years in B2B field sales (FMCG or dairy background preferred).
Location & Mobility: Indore resident with a mandatory two-wheeler and valid licence (Petrol allowance ) will be discussed during the interview).
Skills: Strong Hindi communication and knowledge of the local food and dairy retail market.
Essentials: Self-motivated, strictly disciplined with daily reporting, and equipped with a basic smartphone & Internet.
Working Hours & Schedule: Field operations generally align with B2B retail hours (approx. 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, including an afternoon break). However, the company offers flexible scheduling based on results. As long as daily visits, sales targets, and reporting are completed, the executive manages the daily schedule. Specific operational hours will be discussed during the interview.
