Role Overview: Balaji Milk & Milk Products is seeking a Territory Sales Executive (TSE) to develop business within the Indore market. The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring retailers, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting the Company's sales growth through consistent field execution and territory development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the business territory.
Identify and acquire new retailers.
Introduce the Company's products and convert prospective customers into active business accounts.
Follow up with prospective and existing retailers to encourage product trials, repeat business, and long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the management to support customer onboarding and business development.
Communicate the Company's advance payment policy to customers and support its implementation.
Share timely updates on retailer visits, customer interactions, and field activities through the communication methods prescribed by the Company.

Experience: 1–6 years (Freshers may apply)

Location: Indore

Languages: Hindi

Vehicle: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Probation: Two-month probation period with product orientation, role guidance, and management support.
