Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

About the Role:

We are ( BALAJI MILK & MILK PRODUCTS ) a direct dairy manufacturer based in Vadodara with 19+ years in production.

We make Paneer, Dahi, Shrikhand, and Mava varieties (khoya) products used daily in sweet shops, farsan shops, caterers, restaurants, cafes, and hotels across the city.

These are high-frequency, recurring orders: Dahi and Paneer move almost daily, Shrikhand and Mava on a weekly cycle. Every shop owner needs a reliable vendor offering the right quality, the right rates, and consistent service — that vendor is us.

This is a B2B sales role. We are looking for a self-driven, Vadodara-based sales executive to grow our existing customer base and bring in new accounts across the city. You bring the orders, we handle production and delivery. Once you build your customer base, the business repeats on its own .

this is a long-term earning opportunity, not a short-term job.

This is a cash-to-cash business, not a credit business customers are onboarded on an advance-payment basis, no outstanding dues to chase.

Salary & Earning Potential:

  • ₹15,000 fixed salary per month, plus petrol reimbursed (x amount discuss at time of interview ).

  • On achieving your monthly target ( managment will decide ) , a performance bonus of up to ₹ 2000 to ₹3,000 is given taking your total monthly earning up to ₹18,000.

  • If you demonstrate strong performance, your fixed salary can grow to ₹20,000+ bonus & allowance plus , as demand in this market is strong, and we reward consistent performers accordingly.

We don't expect overnight results, and we're not chasing unrealistic numbers from you what matters to us is steady, honest progress, month over month.

You will never be working alone on this. Management stays in touch with you throughout the day, every day we work this market together, not as two separate sides. All we ask in return is that you stay serious and patient with the process , the results follow from that, not from rushing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on quality work, not just quantity : before jumping into daily visits, take time to plan and align strategy with management, understand the market, and then proceed with the responsibilities below.

  • Visit sweet shops, farsan shops, caterers, restaurants, cafes, and hotels daily across Vadodara to generate and collect orders.

  • Send daily order updates via WhatsApp — shop name, products, quantity, new or repeat order. Simple phone-based reporting, no laptop required.

  • Find new leads and note down business name, contact, and area for each prospect.

  • Submit a consolidated weekly sheet covering new leads, conversion status, and customer feedback — shared with management every weekend.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat and growing orders.

  • Achieve monthly KPI targets across our product range (Paneer, Dahi, Shrikhand, Mava).

  • Report competitor pricing, market demand, and customer requirements — this information helps us grow together.

Requirements:

-Must already be based in Vadodara : local market knowledge is essential for this role.

-Experience in dairy, FMCG, food products, or field sales preferred.

-Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence. Petrol reimbursed (up to a monthly limit) against actual bills along with your daily field update.

-Good Gujarati and Hindi communication skills : familiarity with the local business community is a strong advantage.

-Knowledge of the Vadodara market : sweet shops, farsan shops, hotels, restaurants, and caterers in particular — is a strong advantage.

-Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented. Comfortable sending regular updates without reminders.

-Basic smartphone usage required for WhatsApp updates; laptop helpful but not required.
