Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, promoting our services, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires strong communication, confidence, and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & VisitsVisit local businesses, shops, institutes, clinics, restaurants, showrooms, and SMEs.Identify potential customers and generate leads.Explain company services during field visits.2. Sales & Client AcquisitionPitch services confidently and highlight business benefits.Collect client requirements and prepare quotations or proposals.Ensure successful closing of deals and achieve monthly targets.Keep a record of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups.3. Client Relationship ManagementMaintain healthy relationships with clients for long-term business.Assist clients with service onboarding and coordinate with the internal team.Handle customer queries and ensure after-sales support.4. Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily activity reports (DCR).Share field updates with the team manager.Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth workflow.Skills & RequirementsStrong communication and convincing skills.Pleasant personality with confidence in face-to-face interactions.Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections.Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, GMB, Social Media, Website) is a plus.Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.Smartphone required; Two-wheeler pre woferred.
