Job Profile: Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Company: Paytm (Paytm Services Pvt. Ltd.)

Shift Timings: 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

### Key Responsibilities

Merchant Onboarding: Identify and visit local retail shops, markets, and businesses to onboard them onto the Paytm ecosystem.

Product Sales: Pitch and sell Paytm’s payment solutions, including:

QR Codes for digital payments.

Soundbox (IoT devices for instant audio alerts).

EDC/POS Machines (Card swipe machines).

Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing merchants, ensuring they are active and using Paytm products consistently.

Issue Resolution: Resolve basic on-ground technical issues or queries regarding payment settlements for the merchants.

Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets for product installations and merchant activations.

### Requirements & Skills

Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply).

Mandatory Assets: * A functional Android Smartphone.

A Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.

Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details.

Communication: Good command of the local language and basic English.

Mindset: Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven field environment.
