​### Key Responsibilities
​Merchant Onboarding: Identify and visit local retail shops, markets, and businesses to onboard them onto the Paytm ecosystem.
​Product Sales: Pitch and sell Paytm’s payment solutions, including:
​QR Codes for digital payments.
​Soundbox (IoT devices for instant audio alerts).
​EDC/POS Machines (Card swipe machines).
​Relationship Management: Maintain healthy relationships with existing merchants, ensuring they are active and using Paytm products consistently.
​Issue Resolution: Resolve basic on-ground technical issues or queries regarding payment settlements for the merchants.
​Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly targets for product installations and merchant activations.
​### Requirements & Skills
​Education: Minimum 10th or 12th Pass (Graduates can also apply).
​Mandatory Assets: * A functional Android Smartphone.
​A Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
​Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details.
​Communication: Good command of the local language and basic English.
​Mindset: Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven field environment.
